I'm a 29 year old African American woman with full lips. When my face is at rest, my lower lip hangs exposing my bottom teeth and gums. I have a long face and I've been told that I have a recessive chin. What can I do to fix this? Is this a chin issue? And if so, would a genioplasty help? I hope these pictures are helpful.
