I’ve started to notice my eyelids getting uneven throughout the years and it’s quite noticeable when I smile. I am half Asian and a few people on the Asian side of my family have uneven lids as well. I also started to notice that my eyes seem to go in different directions, and I get double vision instantly when I try to focus on something specific. Is there a way to fix my uneven eyelids without surgery (perhaps through injections) and is there a reason I’m getting double vision?

The main reason for your eye asymmetry appears to be vertical eyeball orbit asymmetry. It is nearly impossible to fix but improvement may be possible. Examination is needed.
Thank you for your question. There are many things you can do to treat under eye bags, but a combination approach with nonsurgical treatments would give the most improvement: fillers (Belotero, Juvederm Volbella), lasers (Fraxel/CO2), Renuvion (J-Plasma), microneedling/PRP, Cosmelan peels and ...
It appears you still have mild asymmetric upper lid ptosis which may or may not candidate for revision ptosis surgery. Examination is required. See an oculoplastic surgeon.
