Post upper bleph wide tear, should I be concerned with deep scar? Healing tips? (Photo)

At this point in your recovery after upper blepharoplasty, I would just recommend using ointment on the outer part of your incision that has torn.  It is possible that this may heal completely without leaving a noticeable scar.  I would allow several months for this to heal completely.  If after that time, there is a scar that is noticeable, it would be fairly simple to perform a scar revision to improve it.  

Unfortunately, tThe area that opened (dehisced), looks like it will not heal optimally.  If no scabbing or crusting forms without ointment, no ointment is necessary.  Its very likely that you will need a small touch up procedure, but you need to let all the swelling abate first.  There is a small chance that it looks OK once this occurs.  More likely though, you'll need to have the scar excised and re-closed.  The good news is that it is easily correctable.  Keep in touch with your surgeon if you are still on good terms.
