Factor Xll and need revisions

Hello! Unfortunately, my last question did not allow for much room to explain. I need revisions on a previous mommy makeover (tummy tuck scar & lipo to flank that was over lipoed). I found a board certified plastic surgeon that can do the work but unfortunately because I recently found out I have Factor XII, the his surgery center will not clear it. I do have hematology clearance, but she prefers surgery at a large hospital that has factor seven meds on hand. Where can I get surgery?
