It looks aged and pulled down. I am a 45-year-old woman. A few years ago I started experiencing rapid volume loss to my lower face, making my mouth area look very aged. I have consulted plastic surgeons for a chin implant or fat grafting, but they said neither was an option. I have had Sculptra in my cheeks, but no one will inject it in my mouth/chin area. What would be the best option for regaining some volume to this part of my face and making it less crooked? I'm afraid dermal filler at my age will just weigh it down.
