Ultherapy melted fat grafting from 7 months ago - how soon can I do it again?

I had fat grafting done 7 months ago, then I got the ultherapy melted all the fat 2 months ago . My skins are sagging and laxity, hope the fats will regenerate the skin. How soon I can do the fat grafting again?
