Ultherapy melted fat grafting from 7 months ago - how soon can I do it again?

Fat grafts can fluctuate in volume over the first year that they are around. For reasons we don't understand very well, in some patients we see a dip in volume around 7-10 months after transfer, and then the fat volume rebounds around a year. My other question is where the fat grafts were placed--areas that I would typically fat graft are not the areas to which I would apply a skin tightening device like ultherapy.

It takes minimum of 7-12 months for fat grafts to take and mature. It is not unusual to repeat this procedure in certain areas 2-3 times in order to achieve adequate volume/shape; doing that in intervals of 6 months is acceptable. Good luck.
