My eyes look smaller after midface lift. Can a lateral canthoplasty fix it?

My eyes looks much smaller after midface lift. I also had upper and lower blepharoplasty. I now have foxy cat eyes which is ideal in western culture but my old eyes were bigger doe eyes and I liked. My bottom of white part of eyes are showing before but now it doesn’t show. Dose Lateral canthoplasty can fix it? Or it can cause sag cuz I think they use my lower eyelid to hold my cheek? I’m not here for any “midface lift is pointless “ advice here.
