I had a canthopexy done 6 months ago along with decompression . While the decompression helped with bulginess, for the right eye, I feel like the canthopexy was unnecessary and now my right lower eyelid is too high, and much higher in comparison to the left eye. Since this was a cantopexy and NOT a canthoplasty, is there any way I can undo the canthopexy and have my lower right eyelid corner be loosened down a bit?
