Should I let my eyebrows grow in before a brow lift? I have very thick eyebrows, I shape them very high as it opens my eyes. I am planning a brow lift soon and wonder if I should let them grow in prior?

There are many factors that may impact the type of procedure you have as well as the extent of surgery. If you plan to continue to shape your brows in the same way after surgery then it may be best to continue as you are. It is recommended you have this discussion with your treating surgeon as their opinion may differ.

You should be set on your shape and position. There can be minor tweaks. If you tattoo or micro blade I would advise my patient to consider how my brow lift will affect their desired aesthetic.

It would be helpful for  the surgeon to know where the natural brow hairs grow.  If you shape your brow prior to your browlift this may  cause a surgeon to underestimate how much lift can be achieved.

I that that it would be best to allow your eyebrows to grow in before making a decision regarding browlift surgery.  Please see a board certified plastic surgeon experienced in facial rejuvenation. Yes, that's probably good idea So that your surgeon can see exactly the position of your entire eyebrow, including asymmetric eyebrows. Another issue to be concerned about regarding your brow lift is important to know how high your hairline is which will determine the incision placement. Another issue to  consider is the vertical and horizontal creases in the forehead and whether or not those muscles need to be softened as well.
