Is eyelid surgery and a cheek lift/mid face lift a good solution for my sagging skin? (Photos)

Question

I’m 37 years old, I always had hollowed lower eyelids since a was born. I used to have nice chubby cheeks but now that I’m older my face is sagging and it looks more hollowed, the upper eyelids also dropping and my cheek as well. I do not want to change the shape of my brow but just blepharoplasty will work? For the cheeks I need a mini face lift or a cheek lift and fat grafting will do?

I think you have a number of options based on what is most bothersome for you. 
It appears that you have a combination of fullness of the lower eyelids from herniation of orbital fat combined with descent of the fat pads of the midface which accenuates the "hollow" appearance. For this, a lower blepharoplasty with fat repositioning and/or fat transfer to the upper cheek/tear trough would likely help significantly. This could be performed in isolation or with a facelift with midface lift based on your preferences.

Based on these photos you seem to have mild malar hyperplasia (small cheek bones) which is frequently the reason for an early onset of periorbital aging. A combination of lower and upper blepharoplasty and periorbital fat grafting (to augment the cheeks) would be my suggestion. Good luck.

If you are looking for immediate results and little to no significant downtime, think HA fillers. 
There appears to be quite a bit of volume deficit in the cheeks, and since the upper portion of the Mid-cheek is a major support for the under-eyes, the appropriate choice of a robust HA voluminzing filler injected properly can not only restore the more youthful and ideal heart-shaped face, but can secondarily improve the under-eyes and smooth the transition between the upper cheeks and the lower lids. At 37 years old, I recommend an upper and lower blepharoplasty.  Your eyebrows appear to be in a good condition.  Your forehead does appear somewhat high and may benefit from a coronal brow lift.  At your age, I would recommend you start with the blepharoplasty with fat transposition.
