What type of surgery would help to improve my different sized eyes? (Photo)

I'm 18 now and have ALWAYS been so self conscious about my eyes. My whole face is wonky but my eyes get noticed most. The one on the right is significantly smaller than the other. Is there anything I can do about it? Surgery? Would the results be worth it?

It does appear, based on this photo, that upper eyelid ptosis is the cause of your eyelid asymmetry. That is a reason that eyebrow on that side is in higher position. Hope this helps. Good luck.

Do not accept other modalities, only scar-free transconjunctival is acceptable in such a young patient and older ones. Open approach only in very aging ones with bad muscular excess. I don't recommend in general fat bags repositioning, leads to no actual effect or even bad functional...

This type of deformity is frequently related to small cheek bones. Augmentation by means of cheek implants may be a first step toward correction.In person consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon with expertise in cheek augmentation is recommended. Good luck.
