Hi, I'm (M24) seeking professional advice regarding my eye asymmetry. My right eye is higher than my left one (+/-4mm), and I would like it to be lower, at the same level as my left eye. Is there any surgical procedure that could address this? Would it involve orbital or maxillofacial surgery? If so, would this be a major and potentially risky operation, or is there hope for a less invasive correction with a relatively quick recovery? Thank you in advance for your valuable advice.
