Swelling really varies from person to person. It usually subsides during the first week but can continue for a couple weeks beyond that. If you are concerned, visit your plastic surgeon.

on your question if you've had the fat transfer or are inquiring about it. If
you've had it and have uneven swelling, I'd talk to your plastic surgeon. I
routinely perform this procedure and noticeable swelling really only lasts for
a few days, usually gone by a week. I recommend that you see a board
certified plastic surgeon in consultation to get more specific answers to your
questions which can best be addressed after a thorough history and examination
