Under eye long indentation after having filler. I look continuously tired - is a course of carboxy C02 a good solution? (Photos)

I had "Gentle filler" to try and soften my under eye wrinkles... Left with a tear shape swelling ..plus a long eye "Groove" Dr. advised to not have the injection to remove the filler as it would also destroy good tissue & look bad. She has begun a course of Carboxy and is convinced this with remove the groove, I have had three so far & looks worse. The Dr. tells me to be patient, & to also massage the area.- Will Carboxy work? is it worth pursuing? will this line ever go away naturally?

I am sorry for this negative outcome. 
This is the exact reason I do not like using filler under the eyes. Occasionally (and that is too much in my opinion) this is the outcome where the undereye looks worse than when they started. That being said, I agree that dissolving the filler with hyaluronidase can cause the skin to look worse since we naturally have HA in our skin. I have seen that outcome be very undesirable and take a long time to repair itself. I would definitely endorse carboxy therapy to try and resolve this problem. I think it works well and I have seen it clear the problem within 2 sessions, although sometimes it takes more. It certainly will not make the situation worse if the person doing the CO2 injections uses proper technique and protocols.
