I'm 32. Two weeks ago I had carboxytherapy and after injection to the frown lines gas traveled to the left eye causing sudden severe swelling of the upper eyelid in the degree that I couldn't open the eye for two days. Now I feel laxity of the eyelid skin and observe many horizontal lines that I never had. I'm afraid that it can remain like this.
I have recently had an unpleasant experience with carboxytherapy for the eyes, which I just found out that it is a treatment that's not approved by the FDA. I wanted to treat my dark circles with it. The swelling went down after days, but now it's been 3 weeks and some slight raised malar bags have been developed on the top of my cheekbones. I've never had them before and I'm panicking thinking I caused permanent damage. I'm wondering what should I do to decrease them?
I had a couple of sessions of lipo suction about 6 or 7 years ago, however on the last one I stopped the draining massages, and was left with irregular stomach, now I have been told that with a couple of sessions of carboxyteraphy that I will get rid of the lumps ... wondering if this will help after all this time ??
Does carboxy help break up adhesions or help an indented scar be more level with the rest of skin? I have an old appendix scar that makes my stomach indented and my belly fat hangs over that area. I don't mind the scar itself, I just want there to be no indentation.
Good evening, Ive started carboxitherapy 3 weeks ago in order to reduce under eye bags. Today I had my third session and nothing has changed. Is it normal or have I chose the wrong procedure to fix my problem? Thanks in advance
I had lipo about 3 weeks ago and am currently doing my post surgical massages. They started doing carboxy treatment on my stomach due to lumps that are forming in my abdomen. Do you think carboxy will help me? If not, please let me know what treatment I should consider? Carboxy is just so painful I dont know if I could keep it going. Thank you!
Dr said up to a week for swelling to go down but I did not notice the new veins until I returned home. Will the go away or am I stuck with them. I guess they're spider veins bit very noticeable. I also have eye swelling and redness.
My aftercare for the past two weeks has been Radio Frequency on a Tuesday and then carboxy on Thursday. Treatment area is my stomach. Is that overkill and what are the effects? Are they canceling each other out? Im thinking I may need a mini tummy tuck. This is 6wks post op.
