Sculptra is adermal filler composed of poly-l-lactic acid microspheres. It isinjected deeply into the dermis, but would not reach or affect yourbutt implants. The PLLA microspheres stimulate the skin to producenew collagen, which gradually replaces the microspheres as they areabsorbed by the body. The new strands of collagen create a strongersupport for the skin, leading to increased volume, strength andresilience. I have used Sculptra to add volume and lift to thebuttocks with very nice effects. Please find a board-certifieddermatologist who is an expert with Sculptra to help you achieve theshape you want on your buttocks.
