I recommend that my patients not sit for longer than 30 minutes for the first couple of weeks. Use pillows under your buttock and back of thighs when you do. If you are in so little pain that you do not require pain meds, and your doctor clears you (not sure if he went intramuscular or subfascial, or if fat was transferred as well), it might be possible with a specialized pillow. Did your surgeon guide you? I think I speak for all board certified plastic surgeons on this forum when I say Day 5 is possible, but it sounds like its a bit soon to drive.Hope this helps,
It would be best if you do not drive on day 5. You should not be sitting for at least 1-2 weeks after your butt implant surgery. This will potentially put pressure on your incisions.
