Sagging cheeks after dissolving filler. Second opinion?

After dissolving filler in my cheeks, my whole skin is spongy and sagging. I have circels under my eyes and very thin skin underneath. I look horrible, especially when I smile. I went to a dermatologist to see whats going on. I thought its damage from hyaluronidase. He told me it has nothing to do with the Hyaluronidase. The particles of the filler are all over my cheeks and that is reason for the spongy sagging skin. He told me it will go away in a year or year and half. What do you think?
