I had my filler dissolved 5 days ago. Everything felt smooth, soft and dissolved with no lumps, then tonight a massive lump appeared above my top lip under my nose. It doesn’t hurt however is very uncomfortable. Could this be a side effect or something more sinister?

I don't know why you had 500u of hyaluronidase injected unless you had a vascular compromise. Swelling is not uncommon because there is some volume associated with this amount of enzyme. I would give it another day or 2. It is also possible that it is a bruise or whatever the underlying problem...
Filler complications are common and can cause emotional distress and in some cases, physical deformity. Swelling, lumpiness, and uneven facial volume are just a few of the complications associated with hyaluronic acid fillers.

If you have filler in your nose, hylauronidase would certainly help. I would not recommend injecting it otherwise. If you are unhappy with the size of your nose, pursue plastic surgery for a rhinoplasty. Good luck.
