I am having tear trough filler dissolved prior to lower blepharoplasty, I have developed a deep dent, the size of a pencil eraser. Is this something that can be addressed during the lower Blepharoplasty with skin pinch? (Couple of weeks away)

There is no danger with using expired hyaluronidase. If there is any untoward effect, it will be slightly less effective. Given it was only 2 months expired, it will probably be just as effective though. I'm not recommending using any expired medications but just want to sooth your anxiety.
Fillers ALWAYS respond to hyaluronidase. IF there is still swelling after that then RF treatments are needed to improve the lymphatic flow of that area and antibiotics are needed to decrease internal inflammation. Eventually this will burn out unless its a true infection. But if this is just a...
