Can dents (like a fingerprint) after hyaluronidase in tear trough be fixed? (Photos)

I am having tear trough filler dissolved prior to lower blepharoplasty, I have developed a deep dent, the size of a pencil eraser. Is this something that can be addressed during the lower Blepharoplasty with skin pinch? (Couple of weeks away)

Hi. Thank you for your question. There appears to be swelling in your photos, and it can take a few days to settle. Also, several sessions are needed to fully dissolve the residual filler.

I think further hyaluronidase needs to be injected. You probably have residual filler. Ask your surgeon about this as well. More than likely, any filler can be removed surgically at the time of the bleph.
