I think my nose is too short and pudgy. If was longer, it would make my face look much better. What are my options? (Photo)

A nose can be out of proportion with the remainder of the face. If you have a long face, a short nose in the middle can look awkward. Thanks for your question about nasal tip projection.  From your photos it is not possible to evaluate your degree of tip projection.  

A full set of photographs are required from the front, three quarters and side profiles before making a decision on what can  And cannot be performed on the nose. To  lengthen the nose, cartilage grafting techniques are required which involves harvesting cartilage from inside the nose and placing grafts along underlying framework to lengthen it.
