Worried I have suddenly got capsular contracture or worse, could this be the case?

Had over the muscle breast implants 11 years ago no problems until waking up a week ago and my left breast is much firmer and tender/sore it also looks much bigger than the other one. It seems higher on my chest. Is this capsular contracture? Also is this a dangerous situation as I cant get to a surgeon for a few weeks yet to be checked over. Please advise me thank you.

See attached reference.  Nipple piercings increase breast infections.  Breast bacteria is usually bad for breast implants.  Remote infections have been shown to increase the incidence of capsular contracture.  Let the buyer beware.
