40 yr old female with MS. Had sleeve surgery in 2018. Max weight 320. Now 175-180. Was able to maintain weight.

Thank you for your question regarding if you’re a good candidate for a lower body lift. Congratulations on your 150-pound weight loss. That is incredible. By examining your photos, you look like you are a great candidate for a lower body lift. A lower body lift would address the excess skin of your abdomen, hips, and buttocks. I can see that you have a small frame underneath your excess skin. During the tummy tuck portion of the body lift, we would do muscle plication, which would bring in your abdomen by an additional 4 to 6 inches. I think this would result in a very hourglass figure and you’ll be very happy with your results. 
Please consult with a board-certified plastic surgeon with years of experience. Lower body lifts can also be combined with other procedures, such as an arm and lift reduction or breast lift and augmentation. It can also be combined with a thigh lift and reduction or liposuction of other areas. I wish you the best of luck on your skin removal journey. Congratulations again.

based on your photos, you look like a good candidate for a TT. Full tummy tuck should tighten your abdominal muscles and remove the excess skin. Flanks liposuction would give you a better shape. Most gastric sleeve patients require a lower body lift due to significant weight loss causing circumferential excess skin.  Tummy tuck alone will not yield optimal results.  Adding lipo to the torso, like in a lipotuck, would achieve better Contour.  Make sure your neurologist clears you for surgery.

Although an in-person examination will provide much more information, a few things we are unable to see from your photos is the amount of loose skin around your hips and buttocks. That being said, you would benefit from at least an extended tummy tuck to remove the excess skin around your belly and into your love handles. I recommend you consult with a plastic surgeon who specializes in body contouring and and can thoroughly examine you and develop an appropriate treatment plan for you. Best wishes!
