Hello my name is Alexis my highest weight was 423lbs I’ve lost a total amount of 130+ lbsidk my ideal weight yet . My question is Me and my husband want more chicken should I get the procedure before or after trying to have more children

If you're planning to have children in the next 12 months, I'd advise against having a body lift at this time. Pregnancy and childbirth could affect the outcomes of the surgery and may necessitate further surgical corrections.
However, if you're planning to have children in more than a year, or at some unspecified future point, I would recommend considering the 360-degree circumferential lower body lift. This procedure would address several areas including your abdomen, pubic region, hips, and buttocks.
Please note that a body lift will not specifically address arm areas, as you referenced in your photo. Other procedures could be considered for that area, depending on your goals.
Ultimately, the decision will depend on your personal timeline and plans for future children. It's about balancing your desire for body contouring with your family planning.

Typically you will want to be at least six months post partum, at your weight loss goal, and stable at that weight before considering surgery.

Congratulations on your weight loss! Ideally, yes you should wait until you have finished having children. If you have surgery before pregnancy, your skin will most likely stretch and become loose again and your muscle repair will separate.

In order to determine your candidacy for body lift, we need to know your current height and weight. BMI (body mass index equals weight in kg / square of height in meters) is one criterion to determine the anticipated results of a cosmetic surgery. You can find BMI calculators on the internet. If your BMI is greater than 30, the cosmetic result will not be optimal. If your BMI is greater than 35, your operative risk will rise. In our practice we recommend a BMI of less than 30. We recommend that you be at a healthy comfortable stable body weight at the time of surgery. The cosmetic effect improves with lower BMIs. We recommend a regimen of diet and exercise to reach a safe and healthy body weight. If not achievable, one may consider a bariatric procedure such as a gastric sleeve to achieve dramatic weight loss. This procedure is performed by a bariatric surgeon on an outpatient basis. If you are within safe parameters, you may consider a brachioplasty (arm lift) and upper / lower body lift.Pregnancy will partially undo the result of the surgical procedure.
