Is this ptosis? I want a more feminine, almond-shaped eye.

Help not sure if I have potsis or need an upper blepharoplasty!!!! But I do want more of a feminine eye almond eye or cathoplasty. I want a more sexier eye and one of my eyes droops more than other .

Hello! Thank you for your question.As far as I can see from your photos, you have extra saggy skin above and under your eyes. Also you have rounded eyes. For your wishes I recommend you upper and lower eyelid blepharoplasty and cat eye surgery. With these surgeries you have more slanted and upward eyes, fresh and elegant look. Please keep in mind that %100 symmetry is not achievable in any case. Best Regards!
