Help! Witch's chin. What procedure would I benefit from? (Photo)

I have a large overbite which I can’t afford to correct, but I also have a witches chin which makes me look worse. I was wondering what procedure I would benefit from to help feminise my chin and jaw area. Thank you in advance

Those are all symptoms that sound more consistent with scar contracture/scar tissue into the bony stepoff than nerve damage. Knowing how much your chin was advanced would be helpful information also.

Both the procedures have advantages and disadvantages. It seems to me that plastic surgeons seem to be more in favor of using chin implants while oral surgeons seem to be more of the school of sliding genioplasty. For those who need vertical and horizontal augmentation a sliding genioplasty may...

The only way to have better insight into the amount of movement that looks natural vs unnatural to you is computer imaging. See what the difference is between 5 and 7mms...which will be very hard to see as neither one will likely look unnatural which for a male usually may occur when the chin...
