Planning for genioplasty, I don't know how many mm to get, I'm thinking either 5mm or 7mm, however I'm worried that 7mm will look unnatural. How many millimeters do you think I should do? BIMAX is not an option for me since I don't have any big health problems from it.

You have a somewhat deep mentolabial fold and moving the chin down 5 mm will diminish the fold. If he is moving it forward 5 mm then the effects on the mentolabial fold will provide a good balance. You may need an advancement of 6-7 mm.
Given your horizontal chin deficiency, a sliding genioplasty which brings the chin forward will help get rid of the extra skin and fat under the chin by stretching out the tissues. You may want to add submental liposuction to the sliding genioplasty to get the best submental reduction,
