Chin ptosis post chin reduction surgery, any suggestions for a revision? (Photos)

Hello, I had a chin reduction surgery in 2012 which caused chin ptosis. Please could you advise of the options available to address this? Thank you so much

With chin reduction surgery, you may need both a vertical reduction and then a chin "tuck" beneath the chin to prevent droopy soft tissue. The key is to maintain a natural mentolabial fold.

You have a not uncommon indentation which occurs from the disruption of the jawline from the sliding genioplasty advancement which was undoubtably combined with a midline wedge resection for narrowing ...which makes this adverse aesthetic sequelae much more likely. It is seen quite frequently....
