Chin ptosis post chin reduction surgery, any suggestions for a revision? (Photos)

Hello, I had a chin reduction surgery in 2012 which caused chin ptosis. Please could you advise of the options available to address this? Thank you so much

With chin reduction surgery, you may need both a vertical reduction and then a chin "tuck" beneath the chin to prevent droopy soft tissue. The key is to maintain a natural mentolabial fold.

You would probably benefit from a custom jawline implant. The side that you like can be used to match the side that is indented. Otherwise, fat or other fillers can be used but would need constant maintenance.

You would be best served by going to specialists in facial surgery who could evaluate the deformity in person. It seems that you would must likely need a "skin tightening" procedure with possibly additional selective liposuction.
