Weight training, nearly 8 months post op - worried as incisions feel more raised and tender…

I’m coming up to 8 months post op now, I was cleared to go back to my normal weight lifting/exercises. I have been training chest once a week with my partner and lifting roughly 20-30kg so far and I have noticed my breasts feel tender along the incision lines. The incision lines also feel a bit more raised than before, can anyone advise on this? What should I do? I don’t think this is normal and maybe I shouldn’t be training this area or would back/arms be the same? Ty
