Dislike my side profile - I think because of my nose. Would a rhinoplasty help? (photos)

In general, the nose just looks a little big from the side. The bridge is full and the tip is not well defined and a little droopy. These can be improved to make the nose look smaller and cuter while still looking natural. Be sure to see a rhinoplasty specialist for consultation.

Hello dear Miller, It is possible to obtain very nice results that you want to get. You are a good candidate for the closed rhinoplasty technique which protects the nerves and ligaments at the columella area (the part between both nosetrills) and all of the incisions are inside of nose.

A rhinoplasty would really be worthwhile in your case. Possibly a chin implant as well. Don't bother with fat grafting. It's a waste of money

Hello and thanks for your questions. First of all, you are good candidate for the rhinoplasty operation. All of your concerns will be corrected with the operation. On the other hand, fat transfer to face operation is a good option for your case. I strongly recommend your to have fat transfer procedure to forehead and lower eye areas. In addition to these procedure, having chin augmentation procedure will give you a much better result. The position of your chin is not the ideal position at the moment. You can consider fat transfer or chin implant procedure for the chin augmentation.
