1 rhinoplasty , 1 septoplasty, and 1 revision rhinoplasty later. I’m not thrilled with the aesthetic of nose now. What can be done to create more natural looking nose after all that’s been done already to it?

Based on your photograph, you may benefit from tip refinement, correction of the soft triangle notching of the nostrils, and potentially a fascial onlay graft for a more natural appearance. With good surgical technique, you could have an outstanding result. I recommend that you seek consultation with a qualified board-certified rhinoplasty surgeon who can evaluate you in person.
