1 rhinoplasty , 1 septoplasty, and 1 revision rhinoplasty later. I’m not thrilled with the aesthetic of nose now. What can be done to create more natural looking nose after all that’s been done already to it?

Surgeons in your case did not address properly the ethnic features of your nose, hence the flattened and undefined tip, the nostrils, the lack of projection, over rotated tip, etc; dorsum is not that bad and still I can perceive irregularities.

Based on your photos, you appear to have a relatively pleasing nasal appearance. There's a slight indentation along your left nasal sidewall that leads to a bit of a crooked appearance, and your bridge is a bit low on profile. Microdroplet Silikon-1000 nasal injections, used for permanent non-surgical nose job treatments, can be used to raise your bridge, and straighten your bridge, for a more pleasing nasal appearance. Based on your photograph, you may benefit from tip refinement, correction of the soft triangle notching of the nostrils, and potentially a fascial onlay graft for a more natural appearance. With good surgical technique, you could have an outstanding result. I recommend that you seek consultation with a qualified board-certified rhinoplasty surgeon who can evaluate you in person.
