Vaser Liposuction - would liposuction on lower legs cause loose skin? (Photo)

I would like to have Vaser Lipo suction on my lower legs but are worried about the skin retraction. . I have soft fat on my calf’s to angles which has worsened as I have got older . I’m 58 - my calf are tight when standing and loose and baggy when sitting on the floor ( fat appears to hang below muscle) I’m not sure how much is loose fluffy fat dragging it down or whether it is loose skin - I’ve done the pinch test and the skin does retract . I have no fibrotic fat but prob stage 1 lipodemia as thin upper and fat legs - Will surgery help ?

Liposuction will always generate some loose skin. How much skin retraction you get is impossible to know. I have found that VASER does seem to induce more skin contraction than just regular liposuction.
