5 years post lipo. Is this Fibroris? What would be the best treatment to fix this? (Photos)

You probably had a high definition liposuction. I looks like it was deliberate effort to define the rectus muscles. If you don’t like those results the only solution would be fat grafting. I would be good to see you in person with the before pictures and an operative report to give you the final answer.

So think of fibrosis as scar tissue that is beneath the skin. There will always be scar tissue after lipo. Most of the time it is visible because lipo was done too superficially or too aggressively, leaving the layer of tissue too thin. This means there is not enough not enough fat between the scar tissue(fibrosis) and the skin to hide the irregularities. This issue usually gets worse with time and with weight gain.
More lipo is not the answer, but fat grafting may help. Sculptra and ultrasonic therapies may help somewhat as well as a steady weight… maybe even losing weight in some cases.

And also liposuction can alter skin quality and make skin changes. This is why you had this result. And there are not much treatment options, you can search for svf or laser treatments.Best luck!

Your fatty tissue layer was thinned and significantly carved out with liposuction. The areas have to be refilled. Filling options include fat transfer from other donor sites such as thigh, knees, arms, or back. It’s not perfect though. It can take multiple sessions. Each session adds improvements but there is usually desires for more. Non-surgical options include Sculptra, Renuva, or Alloclae but those are typically less results.

What you’re seeing is likely scar tissue and changes in the superficial fat layer from your previous liposuction, which can cause dimpling. Non-surgical treatments such as radiofrequency, laser, or other cellulite therapies can help soften scar tissue and smooth the skin.
