I had a cranioplasty in 2019 and it has left me with temporal muscle bulging and a hollow area above this. I have had 2 fat injections and surgeon has attempted to stretch the temporal muscle as much as possible. Unfortunately during this correction op in 2022, they severed a nerve so I can no longer raise my right eyebrow and it sags slightly. Surgeon has suggested a browlift with incision just above my right eyebrow to correct the sagging. I feel like this may leave a visible scar. Would there be other options (like endoscopic brow lift) where the scar would be higher up and they could pull forehead/temple skin a bit tighter to even out surface irregularity of temporal bulge and hollow? Thank you
