I had an endoscopic brow lift (4 incision points) 2 years ago. My eyebrows lifted but not as much I would like them to, and I already get botox and it doesn’t help much. I feel like my eyes are still very hooded and I have a little bit of sagging in my forehead (only 1 area). Should I get another brow lift but different technique or eyelid lid to address the issue? I’m 33.

A brow lift can improve your asymmetry. Obviously, the Botox has done quite well in terms of eliminating your forehead wrinkles. You do appear to have a receding hairline. I recommend a frontal incision to lower the hairline and correct the brow asymmetry.

I would recommend an open brow lift through a frontal hairline incision. This can correct the asymmetry of the eyebrow position. It appears your eyebrows have descended and caused more wrinkling of the upper eyelids and this would also be corrected by the brow lift.

With the gliding brow lift it is also possible to shape eye brow to its previous shape. Some surgeons want to overcorrect due to the fact that eyebrows drop over the time. But good news is that it can be corrected.
