Options for low set eyebrows? (photo)

I’m an Oculofacial plastic surgeon and I’m very experienced in all types including Endoscopic forehead and brow lifts and I love doing surgery - BUT - based on your photos you should stay away from surgery.

Maybe you do have hooded eyes and low set brows but in the first picture you’re smiling and your contracting you orbicularis oculi muscle which makes everything in you further hooded and crowded. Start with a great botox injector who is very comfortable around the eyes like an Oculoplastic surgeon.

I can really open up someone’s eyes and brows and overall expression with the proper botox technique and approach which has taken a long time to really get right.

I would also want to see where your eyebrows sit when not smiling. But my general impression is that you’re young and surgery will only last for you for a short time until the problem recurs and then you’re in for another procedure again.

Start withthe botox, weaken the muscles around the eye and brows, and give it some time until you’ll get more out of the browlift.

Your photographs are limited but you may benefit from a brow lift using a frontal hairline incision. This will raise the eyebrows higher, decrease the vertical distance of the forehead and lower the hairline.
