Hi, I’m 42 years old and after unsuccessful brow lift surgery, I’m dealing with severe muscle relaxation, numbness, and heaviness in the glabella area, as well as two small lumps in the same area. My doctor advised me to do nothing and continue with Botox, but unfortunately, it’s not working well. I’m looking for surgeons with experience in revision surgeries for muscle restoration and aesthetic correction. Could an endoscopic procedure solve the problem? Has anyone experienced something simila

Thank you for posting your question. Your brow lift looks really beautiful. The eyebrows have a nice shape and are in a very good position. A higher position of the eyebrow would be off balance. Proportions are truly crucial in the eyelid region and how we are preceived by others. At this point...
A brow lift can improve your asymmetry. Obviously, the Botox has done quite well in terms of eliminating your forehead wrinkles. You do appear to have a receding hairline. I recommend a frontal incision to lower the hairline and correct the brow asymmetry.

I would recommend an open brow lift through a frontal hairline incision. This can correct the asymmetry of the eyebrow position. It appears your eyebrows have descended and caused more wrinkling of the upper eyelids and this would also be corrected by the brow lift.
