A brow lift can improve your asymmetry. Obviously, the Botox has done quite well in terms of eliminating your forehead wrinkles. You do appear to have a receding hairline. I recommend a frontal incision to lower the hairline and correct the brow asymmetry.

Too much forehead Botox can lower the eyebrows, while frown Botox should help raise them.

The photographs presented are inadequate in order to make a decision, since your head position is different in all three photographs. Upper eyelid surgery is able to make the eyelids more symmetrical since there's more hooding on one side than the other. An asymmetrical amount of skin is removed to make them look more symmetrical. A brow lift is performed primarily for low set eyebrows, and asymmetry can be adjusted, since one is always lower than the other. You must have low set eyebrows first, before undergoing a brow lift procedure. In addition, a brow lift can accomplish raising or lowering the hairline, and surgically softening the muscles of expression, including the corrugator muscle and the frontalis muscle. That helps with both the vertical and horizontal lines in the forehead. An in-person consultation is most likely required to make a determination about how best to proceed..
