38yo F and I’ve had slight asymmetry for as long as I can remember, however it’s gotten much more noticeable in the last few years. This is about the time I started using Botox and daxxify. Can a brow lift help? Or a brow lift and upper blephoroplasty? One of the photos was from before I started using neurotoxins.

I would recommend an open brow lift through a frontal hairline incision. This can correct the asymmetry of the eyebrow position. It appears your eyebrows have descended and caused more wrinkling of the upper eyelids and this would also be corrected by the brow lift.

With the gliding brow lift it is also possible to shape eye brow to its previous shape. Some surgeons want to overcorrect due to the fact that eyebrows drop over the time. But good news is that it can be corrected.
