I have tubular shaped breasts I am a B cup size and my nipples are inflamed big and weigh down my breast. I struggle with chest pain already and have heart issues so am concerned that having any surgery in this area is a no go for me.

This is a question that should be directed to your performing surgeon. Since each surgeon has their own post-op instructions, it’s better to ask your surgeon instead. You should also let them know if you’ll be doing physically vigorous activity (e.g dancing) at the same time as singing.

You do not have a tubular breast deformity as you have a pleasing lower pole contour. You do have a herniated nipple/areola that would benefit from a Benelli type or periareolar lift to reduce the areolar size and correct the herniation.
