I’m scheduled for surgery to correct a tuberous breast deformity later this year, which includes a bilateral benelli uplift and small implants. As a performer, I’d like to know when I might be able to start singing again after surgery without affecting my healing? Thanks in advance.

You do not have a tubular breast deformity as you have a pleasing lower pole contour. You do have a herniated nipple/areola that would benefit from a Benelli type or periareolar lift to reduce the areolar size and correct the herniation.
It’s difficult to give you an opinion without photos. However, since you’ve stated that your breasts are saggy, then a lift may be recommended. The implants need to be centred behind the nipples, so if your nipples are located lower down on your chest, that’s where the implants will be as well....
