I am looking to get a breast lift and implant. I lost a significant amount of weight my puberty years (a size 16 to a size 2 in the span of a year) and felt my breasts were drastically effected. I fluctuated weight well into my mid 20s, up to a size 8 my breasts were much fuller but now that I’ve been a steady size 4 for the past 5 years my chest has absolutely no upper Fullness. Curious if I am considered tuberous?

Answer: Not tuberous; breast lift and implant is correct I recommend an in person consultation with a plastic surgeon to discuss your goals and be measured. After I measure and discuss goals with my patients, we then look at pictures of women (my patients) with similar measurements and they choose what looks right for them. They also get to see what they would look like when the breasts have fully dropped and fluffed and in clothes. You get to see actual results and the surgeon's experience and not a virtual idea of what can be achieved. Instead of having a round dome shape, the breasts are shaped like ice cream swirls with narrower shapes. Variable circumferential constriction of soft tissue fibers. It is important to make a surgical plan that takes into account all the aspects to be improved in order to achieve the best result.
