I have a vertical indentation line inbetween my eyebrows. How can I get rid of this? (Photo)

First, it should be emphasized that Botox is for quieting the muscles below the skin that are responsible for these kinds of vertical lines; it is less effective for smoothing the creases in the skin that have already been made after years of using those muscles to squint and frown. Botox will usually work, but now always. Volbella dermal filler given by an experienced injector should be safe and effective.

For starters, I would see a plastic surgeon in person. It is possible that your Botox was not injected well, and that the indent you’re referring to is caused by the surrounding muscles contraction.
