After getting tear trough filler, i’ve been noticing a lump on my cheek right below my undereye. it’s not really visible unless i’m smiling like in the photo. I’ve tried having some of it dissolved but the lump hasn’t gone away. What could be causing it? Could it be lack of cheek support or my cheek pushing the filler when i smile? and how can it be fixed? thanks!
