Ive had my implants for a lil over a year. I went under the muscle. 6-7 months post op i woke up to my right Breast implant feeling and looking flatter than the left. Loss of volume in the centre of the breast. The sides are more protruding and the breast looks overall flatter. My surgeon is in another country so we did a video call and he said it was due to muscle adjusting? Fluids?

Dear Celebrated92976,
every plastic surgeon has his own postoperative protocol which he recommends to his patients. I would suggest you to discuss this with your plastic surgeon.

Dear Ecomarge21,
you should be able to get permanent makeup 5 weeks after BA but you can also check it with your surgeon.

Dear Considerate17413,
there is a great variety of breast shapes and sizes. Based on your photos, it looks like you don't have visible deformities.
