Changes in breast shape can have different causes. It's very hard to tell without a full exam, so I would suggest that you try to have an exam with your doctor or another doctor that you trust. Best of luck!

Thanks for your question! Without seeing your before photos, I can't give an incredibly accurate answer. It is a possibility that you are developing a capsular contracture on that side. I would suggest finding a surgeon locally that can take a look in person. Good luck!

It's difficult to say what is occurring without an exam. The implants to appear to be large, so the weight may be causing the implant to bottom out. This is corrected surgically. Often times patients will opt for a smaller implant and bioabsorbable mesh can be used for extra support. Another potential is that you are developing capsular contracture. See a board certified plastic surgeon near you for an evaluation.

Your lower implant is bottoming out from the weight. I would suggest going back to your surgeon and discuss supporting your pocket. You may need to go down in size. For now, wear a good supporting bra at all times while you are vertical.

I generally do not recommend people travel long distances for elective surgical procedures.
The number of people who have real issues, the importance of in person follow up, the number of patients who will require revision surgery, or the fact that people actually do have complications seems to be under appreciated.
Quality assessment regarding issues related to breast augmentation usually require an in person assessment.
It also requires having access to proper before and after pictures and a copy of your operative report.
I suggest you ask your provider to forward that information then schedule in person second opinion, consultations with plastic surgeons in your community.
Generally each surgeon is responsible for the outcome of procedures they perform. Surgeons are responsible for surgical outcome and patients are responsible for provider selection.
Breast augmentation outcomes are generally related to three variables.
The first variable is the patient’s candidacy for the procedure. The second variable is the selection of implants in regards to size shape, and type. The third variable is the surgeons ability to place the implant in the correct anatomic location.
Issues related to outcome are almost always based on one or more of those three variables.
It looks to me like your implants may be beginning to bottom out?
I suggest having a few in person, second opinion, consultations with plastic surgeons in your community.
