It looks very weird and unnatural. I have these slit/cut like shapes at the bottom of my nostrils and they became apparent 1 month after my closed rhinoplasty. They make my nostrils look big from the side and i’m concerned. The alar is also asymmetrical, right side wider than the left, is this likely to stay?

As far as I can see from your photos I definitely recommend a revision operation, your nose tip is low and there are quite swellings, it is possible to correct them with revision rhinoplasty.
It would be better face to face consultation
