I can see my grafts in my tip. Is that from swelling in the tissue?

I have thinner skin but not too thin. I notice I can see my grafts in my tip if I massage them as told they disappear but then reappear. Is that from swelling under the grafts in the tissue making them more noticeable? I notice I have swelling towards the bottom of my bridge still. Surgeon said my grafts could settle or they won't and could camouflage with fascia from my scalp .

An asymmetrical nose tip after rhinoplasty is perfectly normal. The swelling won't be the same on each side of your nose that causes the asymmetry. Other factors such as scar tissue formation, taping, sutures, and splints can also cause uneven nostrils. I recommend waiting until your swelling...

Unfortunately, the ink marks appear to block the upper 1/3 of your nose. Depending on your examination, it is conceivable that if there is an indentation along the right side wall of your nose, that filling it might be beneficial. Thank you for this question. Sincerely, Dr. Joseph
