I had a rhinoplasty done in March with concerns of bulbous tip and cleft in tip. I do have an area that seems to have excess tissue on one side. At my 6 month follow up the surgeon said he’d remove it with an in-office procedure at the year mark if still there. Within the last month (since my last follow up), it looks like there’s a cleft in the tip coming back/showing now. Is this likely to go away or will I need another surgery? What could’ve gone wrong to still have this?
