I am looking to get a more defined jawline. I have this pocket of fat underneath my chin. It does not seem to go away ever even with losing 20+ lbs. would I benefit from chin lipo? Would I be able to achieve a more defined/sharp jawline and better side profile. I am hoping to achieve something like the picture I added.

In order to achieve the desired look, a defined jawline, we would need to remove fat directly from under your chin, side of your jawline, and from the neck. This can all be done with liposuction! The procedure takes less than an hour all together and the recovery time takes about two weeks.

Once the fat is removed the skin can become loose and saggy in some cases. It can be avoided by combining it with Thermitight which is a radiofrequency heat delivered under the skin to tighten it.
