Chin lipo for define jawline? Would I benefit? (Photos)

I am looking to get a more defined jawline. I have this pocket of fat underneath my chin. It does not seem to go away ever even with losing 20+ lbs. would I benefit from chin lipo? Would I be able to achieve a more defined/sharp jawline and better side profile. I am hoping to achieve something like the picture I added.

a non-invasive skin and soft tissue tightening treatment that is consistently amazing in our patients. We use the Morpheus to exact fractional induced RF into the skin or tissue in order to tighten collagen and stimulate contraction of the tissue. For acne scars, it is quite useful to build collagen in patients who have atrophic scars but is not very productive for ice-pick scars which require TCA Cross. For tissue tightening, Morpheus is ideal for the face and neck and we often combine it with CO2 laser or Ultherapy to further enhance results. Chemical peels and skin resurfacing should be done at least 5 to 7 days after, but can be performed earlier, depending on treatment severity. Avoid exfoliating skin treatments before Morpheus and expect a period of 2-4 weeks for skin contraction to set in.

Although diet and exercise helps get rid of fat on the body, it is difficult to target fat reduction in certain areas. Chin liposuction helps reduce the bulge under the chin and can be done for the whole neck. Once the fat is removed the skin can become loose and saggy in some cases. It can be avoided by combining it with Thermitight which is a radiofrequency heat delivered under the skin to tighten it. Both chin liposuction and Thermitight can be done at the same time. The recovery is fast and it can be done under local anesthesia.

Thank you for your question and posting appropriate pictures. You seem to be a very good candidate for liposuction of your neck with face tite skin tightening. This is a procedure that is done under local anesthesia as an outpatient procedure with minimal downtime as this is a congenital issue typically weight loss as you know that does not affect the specific area dramatically. Your mandible is small compared to your maxilla. when you have a mandible the lacks projection and size a few things tend to happen. One is people get a premature double chin and lack of Jawline definition. The platesma muscle drapes the neck in the more oblique angle then in individuals who have a longer more projecting mandible.
This also typically presents with individuals who have a dental overbite occlusion and I’m profile pictures will have the upper lip show significantly more forward projection than the lower lip. it can also give premature jowls sooner in life.
That said, Liposuction works pretty well especially on people who have fat to remove and especially on young people who have a good skin elasticities.
Obviously results are highly provider dependent but when done correctly on someone who is a good candidate results are often impressive.
The picture you’ve shown as the patient either wearing make up or it’s been photo shopped in her after picture it. Make up can significantly change what facial contours actually look like. it’s a nice result but I think there’s also slight manipulation in the picture.
The primary problem stems from facial bone structure so soft tissue manipulations will only give partial improvements.
