Thank you for your question and posting appropriate pictures. You seem to be a very good candidate for liposuction of your neck with face tite skin tightening. This is a procedure that is done under local anesthesia as an outpatient procedure with minimal downtime as this is a congenital issue typically weight loss as you know that does not affect the specific area dramatically.
