There are no keloid on my face but I do scar keloid can I still do a mixroneedling facial

Thank you for your question regarding microneedling facials and your history with keloid scars. If your microneedling treatment is done correctly, you should not get any scarring. Be sure to see an experienced practitioner to do the treatment for you and who will offer you proper aftercare instructions.
Microneedling is typically safe for all skin types and colors.

Hi @Witty847814! With your history of keloid scarring, I would not recommend a microneedling treatment to the face.  Any time the skin is punctured, a collagen response occurs and it happens in a hyper-accelerated pace in people who develop keloid scars. You have beautiful skin. As an alternative, I recommend a skincare routine that includes Vitamin C, Retinol, and 1-3x of exfoliation weekly.

Keloids are more likely to form in areas such as the ears, shoulders, back, arms, and chest. Keloids are less likely to form on the face, but still a possibility. Microneedling (on the face only) might be a safe option for you if done by an experienced practitioner or dermatologist. A test patch could be done first to assess your skin's reaction to it. To prevent keloid formation after treatment, you could use a silicone-based scar gel that is safe to use on the face, and use good sun protection.
