I’ve had 5 microneedling sessions for scarring each 4-8 weeks apart. The results have been moderately positive. The last few sessions I had light TCA peels between microneedling appointments and saw more improvements. I was wondering, though, if microneedling is like TCA peels where I should eventually take a break and let my skin rest. My treatments haven’t been done by medical professionals and obviously there’s a profit motive, so I’d love to hear from a dermatologist. Thank you!
